Eggs will easily slide out of the flexible silicone poachers without leaving any residue. The poachers also can be used for steaming veggies, heating sauces, melting chocolates, and as dessert molds for small cakes and jello. The flat base at the bottom provides more stability. You can also use the poachers as small bowls to store snacks and desserts such as ice cream.
