Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you buy from! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase and must be in its original condition and packaging. Opened, used, or washed items cannot be accepted for return. Bedding & pillow are packaged in a clear plastic package so it is easy to see the colors and design through the packaging. They are packaged very tightly by the manufacturers and cannot be re-packaged properly once they are taken out of the packaging. Please note that any Bedding or Pillow products returned will incur a 15% restocking fee.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Wrapables must accompany all returns. To request for a return, please simply send us a return request by accessing your account. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. If you are returning due to damage, defect or an incorrect product, a prepaid return label will be provided. For your security, please ship your return with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Wrapables is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box and return the item in its original packaging to:
