  Order Status and Tracking

You can check your order status and track your order at any time by logging into your account. To track a shipment, use the tracking number provided on this page.

  Edit Billing / Shipping Information

You can edit your billing or shipping information by clicking on the "View Addresses" link upon logging in. Click on "Edit" by the relevant address, update the information by filling in the appropriate fields on the page, and the clicking the "Update Address" button at the bottom of the page.

  Change Your Password

Changing your password is simple. Simply log into your account and click on the "Change Password" link. You will be asked to enter your old and new passwords for the password change to be in effect.

  Order Cancellation

Order cancellation can be done online by going to "Contact Us" (by clicking the "Contact Us" link on the bottom of any page).  Please be sure to provide your order number, item you wish to cancel, and quantity. Most orders in the "Unfulfilled" stage can be cancelled. Exceptions occur when order processing is in fact complete but order status has not yet been updated on the website. Orders beyond the unfulfilled stage cannot be cancelled.

Can I cancel a backordered item?

If an item in your order is unexpectedly backordered, you will have an opportunity to cancel it if it has not been shipped. We will send you an email informing you of the backordered item(s) and estimated arrival time if it is available.

Please Note! Backordered items are charged to your credit card at the same time as the rest of your order. If you decide to cancel the backordered item, we will credit your charge account. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for credit card processing.

Will a charge show up on my credit card?

If an order is cancelled, a charge will not show up on your credit card statement. A pending charge will exist temporarily, but this will automatically disappear after a day or two (as determined by your credit card company).

Automatic Cancellation

Please Note! If an order is outstanding for more than 2 weeks, we will automatically cancel it and inform you via email. In addition, Wrapables reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason, including protecting our customers and Wrapables against fraud. Orders may be cancelled whenever there is doubt as to the accuracy, truth or validity of information supplied by customers. Wrapables reserves the right to request additional information for order processing purposes as necessary.
