Instructions:

1. Cut out the decal you want to use & place one at a time in water for about 15-30 seconds.
2. Use tweezers to remove from the water & slowly slide off the white backing.
3. Place decal on fingernail and press down then gently blot until dry. Make sure to press down on the sides.
4. Seal with top coat.
